The Rio Chico river is formed by the confluence of the Capitan and Belgrano rivers in Santa Cruz province, Argentina and flows into Puerto Santa Cruz. It runs through the middle of Santa Cruz province where the city of Gobernador Gregores is located on its banks in the geographic center of the province. Gobernador Gregores engages in fishing, farming, and mining industries.
